Software & Website Password Policy

For basic personalized accounts, such as Google and Bamboo HR, it is acceptable to change the password as often as you would like. For most other accounts, including accounts that may have your name attached to them or Google accounts associated with specific departments rather than specific employees, it is recommended that you change the password only when prompted and keep a secure record of this password change in case you forget or someone else needs to access this account while you are away.
