Printer Isn't Working
The first step to troubleshooting printers is opening "Settings" -> "Bluetooth & Devices" -> "Printers & Scanners." If the printer you want is not in the existing list, add it by clicking on "Add device" and selecting the appropriate printer.
Once the printer has been added, you can select it and try to print a test page. If this test page does not print within 2-3 minutes, your computer cannot access the printer. From this same screen, an option exists to open the printer queue. If this queue has multiple jobs that have not yet printed, the issue probably lies with the printer itself and not your computer.
Sometimes, images downloaded from Magic Touch are unable to be sent to the printers. In this case, you can change the application these images are printed from with the following steps. First, open "Settings" -> "Apps" -> "Default Apps." Here, you will be prompted to "Enter a file type or link type", where you should type in ".JPEG", press Enter, and select the "Choose a default" button below.
A window will popup, on which you should click "Choose an app on your PC." This will open File Explorer in "Program Files." Select "Google" -> "Chrome" -> "Application" -> "chrome.exe." Now, all JPEGs will automatically open in Chrome, and can be printed keyboard shortcut "Control" + "P". Images will print fine from here.
