Can't View Website

A blocked connection to a website could be one of several issues. When attempted to access a site, if you are greeted with the message "Your connection is not private," you can still access the site by clicking on "Advanced" -> "Proceed." ONLY proceed a site in this case if you KNOW it to be a trusted site, for example, if it is located in the TSD bookmarks or was linked to on an officially sanctioned TSD page.

When greeted with the error message "This site can't be reached," first ensure the URL is spelled correctly. If it is spelled correctly, this could either mean that the firewall is blocking the site, or that the site has been moved to a new URL. Trying to access the site via TSD bookmarks or checking recent emails to determine if the URL has been changed may help to resolve this issue.
